My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms felt aged and somewhat dirty, and the bathroom definitely needed some updating. On the positive side, the hotel is conveniently situated in the center, and we loved the separate living area for the kids. The lack of air conditioning while we were out made the room too damp for comfort.

Staying at this hotel was amazing! The rooms are really screaming for an update, but the service was magnificent. The location is perfect for exploring Chicago, but the dining could have had a little more variety.
